Shipping policy
We are committed to providing customers with clear and reliable information about order fulfillment and delivery. From order confirmation and warehouse processing to international transportation, import customs clearance, and final delivery, we coordinate the appropriate logistics arrangements based on each order's status and provide relevant order and shipping information by email. This policy explains our shipping destinations, shipping fees, taxes, and delivery procedures to help you understand each stage of your order's journey from dispatch to delivery.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently provide shipping services only within the United States. When placing an order, please provide an accurate, complete, and valid U.S. delivery address. We do not currently accept orders for delivery to other countries or regions.
Our shipping destinations indicate the areas where we currently accept orders and provide delivery services. They do not mean that products are shipped from warehouses located within the United States. Products are dispatched from overseas warehouses and delivered to the address provided in the order after international transportation, import customs clearance, and subsequent delivery procedures.
If the delivery address is missing information, incorrect, or cannot be identified, order processing or delivery may be affected. Before submitting your order, please verify the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number, if applicable, city, state, and ZIP code.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount displayed at checkout, according to the following rules:
- Orders totaling less than $80 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $10.
- Orders totaling $80 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will not be charged the standard shipping fee. Applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout so that you can review your order total and related charges before making payment.
3. Taxes and Duties
We use a shipping arrangement under which the merchant covers applicable cross-border import charges. Product prices and the amount displayed at checkout include applicable taxes, duties, and import customs clearance charges.
From order processing and dispatch from overseas warehouses to international transportation and import customs clearance, the relevant import procedures are coordinated by us or our logistics partners. We cover applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges arising from cross-border transportation.
The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount payable for your order. Under normal circumstances, you will not need to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance charges when your package is delivered or processed through import customs clearance. You will not be asked to pay additional delivery fees that were not disclosed at checkout as a result of routine import procedures.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–3 business days to process. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Order processing may include payment and order information verification, picking at the overseas warehouse, product packaging, dispatch preparation, and handoff to the logistics carrier. Order processing time and actual transit time are calculated separately. Transit time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
During periods of high order volume, busy warehouse operations, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. Order status and available shipping information will be updated according to the actual fulfillment progress.
5. Transit Time
Products are dispatched from overseas warehouses and then transported to the designated delivery address within the United States through international transportation, import customs clearance, and subsequent delivery procedures.
After an order has been processed and handed over to the logistics carrier, the estimated transit time is 5–10 business days. This is the estimated transit time and does not include order processing time. The actual delivery date may vary depending on the order and logistics conditions.
During transportation, packages must pass through the carrier's transportation network and applicable import customs procedures. International transportation arrangements, routine customs inspections, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect transit progress. In such circumstances, shipping information updates or estimated delivery times may change.
We coordinate shipping arrangements based on the actual order status, but transit times depend on the actual operation of international transportation and related delivery services.
6. Shipping Carriers
We select carriers based on order details, shipping routes, package characteristics, and the logistics resources available at the time. International transportation or subsequent delivery may be handled by logistics service providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, or other appropriate partner carriers.
The specific carrier and shipping method depend on the arrangements made for the actual order. As logistics networks, shipping routes, and operational resources may change, we do not guarantee that every order will be transported by the same carrier.
For some orders, international transportation and subsequent delivery may be handled separately by different logistics service providers. When a package is transferred between carriers, tracking information may be updated in stages. The actual records in the carrier's system will serve as the reference for the relevant status.
7. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, we will send the relevant order and shipping information to you by email. Please check your inbox. If you do not receive the email, you may also check your spam folder or other email categories.
You can also visit the "Order tracking" page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used when placing the order, along with the corresponding order number, as instructed on the page, to check the available shipping status.
After a package is dispatched, the carrier must register the information and synchronize transportation records with its tracking system. Therefore, tracking information may take some time to update during dispatch, international transportation, import customs clearance, or carrier transfers. A temporary lack of new tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.
If the shipping status has not been updated for an extended period or the displayed information does not match the actual situation, please contact us using the contact details below and provide your order number so that we can verify the order and shipping records.
8. Liability and Risk Information
International transportation and import customs clearance involve multiple logistics stages. Routine customs inspections, carrier operational adjustments, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause shipping delays. In such cases, we will help verify the order status based on the available shipping information and coordinate with the relevant logistics partners when necessary.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided with your order are accurate and complete. Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or other inaccurate information provided by the customer may require the customer to assist with correcting the information or arranging further handling, and may affect the delivery time.
When the logistics carrier's records confirm that a package has been delivered to the delivery address specified in the order, those records will serve as the basis for verifying the delivery status. If you have not actually received the package, or the tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly so that we can further verify the situation based on the order records and the carrier's investigation.
If a package is lost, damaged during transportation, or affected by another shipping issue, we will determine the appropriate next steps based on the carrier's investigation results, order information, and relevant circumstances. The specific handling method will depend on the findings of the investigation and the applicable after-sales policy.
9. Delivery Inspection
When receiving your package, we recommend checking that the outer packaging is intact and looking for any obvious damage, crushing, signs of opening, or other irregularities.
If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, you may inform the delivery personnel and request that the condition be recorded where the carrier permits. We recommend keeping the outer packaging and taking photos that show the issue. Please contact us through our official contact channels as soon as possible so that we can verify and address the matter.
If you discover an issue with the product or packaging only after accepting the package, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos. We will review the order information based on the circumstances and assist with the relevant after-sales matter.
